Chris Newman Director
Chris is both a Director and a professional Financial Consultant of Axiom.
One of only approximately 25,000 UK advisers who have earned the Chartered Institute of Insurance's DipPFS qualification, Chris has spent all his working life in the financial services sector. During the last 28-plus years, he has managed a branch of high street general insurance brokers and taken responsibility for a team of West London estate agency mortgage advisers.
In 2004 Chris founded Axiom with the aim of delivering financial advice in the way he feels it should be done: With great integrity, professionalism and personal care.
Chris has helped to organise retirements, house moves, equity investments and insuring the lives of the clients he cares for. Focused on providing bespoke financial solutions with great honesty and ethical service, Chris and the Axiom team all work tirelessly towards this humble goal.
Chris spends some of his (rare) spare time throwing frisbees for his demented Springer Spaniels, and playing the bass guitar with some of the least hard-working bands in the South.
Rai Condron Office Manager
Rai is both a Director and Axiom's driving force in keeping banks and insurers in check on behalf of our clients.
Each transaction is regularly diarised and chased to ensure that our applications progress efficiently. This pro-active approach ensures that any issues that arise are promptly dealt with.
Drawing on her experience with some of London's leading firms of Chartered Surveyors, and with over a further 18 years in the Financial Services industry, Rai works selflessly for our clients.
She performs a greater miracle keeping Chris and the Spaniels in check too.

For our advice services we will typically charge a fee of £490 for purchasing a property, £0 for a Product Transfer with an existing lender, and £890 for a complex transaction.
A complex case may be a Limited Company Buy to Let, or an application where multiple parties need to be consulted (such as an accountant or additional family members), or a debt consolidation case.
If your fee differs from this, you will be notified in writing of any proposed variation.
Buyer Mortgage Protection Guarantee – If your initial property purchase does not proceed to completion, there will be no additional fee for a subsequent mortgage application on a replacement property purchase that completes within 12 months of the submission date of the first application.
The fee is payable on application. You will not receive a refund if your mortgage or loan does not go ahead. We will also be paid a procuration fee by the lender. The amount of the procuration fee will be disclosed to you.
You have the right to ask us to provide information on the range of procuration fees that the lenders on our panels offer to us. If an application is submitted to a lender via a packager (a 3rd party specialist) we will be paid commission by the packager. This will be disclosed to you.
